Did you know that Bank of America has an internal identity theft ring? One that they do very little about? Yes, it's true. Ask me about how it bit me sometime.
In the interim, everyone: use a different password on every account you have. A big headache to be sure, but using different passwords on each account makes it impossible for the thieves to use your passwords at multiple places.
Note to Self (Or Would-Be Self—You Know Who You Are)
BTW -- "Kimberly Cane, " why don't you just give up now? Here's 2 good reasons why you should:
A. You're too stupid to spell "our" name correctly
B. It isn't working.
